We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gramicci gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
